A fixed percentage punishes growth: the more you earn, the more an agency keeps without the work increasing proportionally. Our tiers work the other way. The part of your revenue that exceeds a tier threshold falls into a lower percentage.
If you take chat from us, every percentage sits ten percentage points higher, because there's a chat team behind it that we manage. If you chat yourself, you don't pay for that.
Production costs such as photography, video and editing aren't part of this calculation. We agree those per project, with fixed people from our network. Tax payments and platform fees are also separate from this: the calculator works with gross monthly revenue.
